We worked with the UK’s largest and most experienced social enterprise support agency, CEIS, to stimulate and capture new ideas from all of its workforce, as well as to put in place a method of assessing the ideas and identifying an immediate action plan for implementation.
We worked with CEIS to design and deliver a one day event that involved 65 staff, of varying professional and employment backgrounds. Participants were formed into multidisciplinary teams and introduced to ideation and problem solving techniques, to tackle real business challenges that were identified by the management team.
The workshop generated 75 ideas, which were sorted into four categories. The Management Team then generated a priority action list of 20 projects, with objectives and returns varying from short term to longer term results.
