Targeting Innovation is an employee owned company, founded in 1993 by Scottish Enterprise and four Scottish Universities with the aim of supporting the commercialisation of new technology products and services.
George Boag (CEO of Targeting Innovation Ltd) originally established the organisation to deliver a two year European funded support programme for the Scottish software industry in the early 1990s. This quickly expanded through development of a number of projects, which stimulated the demand for ICT across the wider business community.
